OUR ACADEMY LONG TERM VISION

The long-term vision of the Real Betis Academy in Jordan sees it as becoming a leader in Jordan . For this to happen it will also have to have a distinctive, local, voice and presence our rivals cannot replicate. The Academy will be key to this — ensuring the most promising in Jordanland talent fulfils its potential and grows in our image. We will guide talent to the first team and to the global marketplace — in each case developing players whose holistic traits as “a Real Betis Academy Football player” set them apart, and bear witness to our continued pursuit of excellence as a Pro Academy .
